We have run out of time - in order to address the talent shortage and increase productivity, flexible and adaptable training mechanisms are required to mobilise the workforce.

The sector doesn’t need to undergo a complete redesign. But it also can’t afford to stay the same and wait for something to happen.

Energy Academy is experimenting in closing the gap between tertiary and industry to accelerate capability development while enabling more agency, currency, and access to skills development for workers and learners.

We work with industry to map learning pathways that are recognisable across multiple organisations.
